This hoop is amazing, especially if you do a lot of embroidery! Normally, when you use a standard hoop, you have a death grip on the hoop with the hand that is not actively stitching. All that tension goes up to your shoulder and neck, causing discomfort and pain. This hoop alleviates much of that discomfort. Using it, I am able to stitch for hours.
