I love Redwork and embroidery of any kind. There is just something relaxing about sitting in front of the TV or the firplace with hand embroidery. I love color, so very few of my quilts are embroidered in the traditional Turkey Red. I enjoy substituting other colors as the design dictates.
Although some of these quilts feature quite a bit of embroidery, the stitches are simple so the motifs stitch up quickly.
